Join this mid-day mini-workshop in English to learn what the concept of resilience is. The trainer Frauke Puttfarken will also provide a more in-depth look into one of the 7 pillars of resilience.
The group of max. 12 participants, will talk about stress and self-care in daily life. This is a one-hour workshop so expect to leave with a better understanding of what resilience is and some food for thought. Disclaimer: Developing a superpower takes time and training!
