DESCRIPTION:Train-the-Trainer-Workshop for helpers working with Ukrainian or other refugees.\nBreathe in – breathe out: We have developed a workshop on emotional resilience and mindfulness. This is intended to support refugees in mentally arriving in a new place. Simple and helpful tools, a warm atmosphere and time for oneself will support.\nAfter our pilot workshops in August 2022, we received a grant. Now we can develop the project further and pass it on to other trainers – like you!\nThe Train-the-Trainer-Workshops take place on 5th / 12th November 2022.\nThe workshop will be held in small groups of maximum 12 people.
